October 18th’s webinar will address label-free quantification of peptides, proteins and post-translational modifications, including:

  1. A general workflow for label-free quantification (LFQ) with PEAKS
  2. Increased LFQ accuracy and sensitivity by:
      • improved feature detection
      • enabling exclusion of peptides with both modified and unmodified forms
      • enabling exclusion of redundant peptides
  3. Top-3 unique peptides selected for LFQ and abundance calculated by using either area or intensity
  4. Sample clustering and correlation views
  5. Global comparative view of showing spectral counts for semi-quantitative analysis
