Webinar: Wednesday, May 31, 2023
10:00 am / 4:00 pm Eastern Daylight Time
Presented by Qing Zhang, Software Systems Manager
On Wednesday, May 31st, the webinar will be hosted by BSI Software Systems Manager, Qing Zhang. In this webinar, he will discuss how post-translational modifications (PTMs) play a key role in functional proteomics and how PTMS are also associated with onset and progression of various diseases, such as cancer, and cardiovascular, renal, and metabolic diseases. The reliable detection and quantification of PTMs remain a major obstacle in the translation of these novel pathological markers into clinical diagnosis.
With the optimised algorithms, new PEAKS PTM provides an accurate and sensitive workflow for finding confident PTMs. It also has versatile filters for quality-related attributes to profile PTM sites with accuracy and confidence. Deep learning technology is used to find potential signature ions and re-scoring based on signature ions.
Join us on May 31st to learn more about the new PEAKS PTM and how this can be harnessed for reliable detection and quantification of PTMs.
Webinar Highlights:
- Biological importance of PTMs
- How to confidently validate a PTM
- Overview of new PEAKS PTM
- New PEAKS PTM demo with two case studies
