Webinar 1
Sample Preparation, Data Acquisition, and Analytical Strategies for In-Depth Glycan Profiling Using PEAKS GlycanFinder
Presenter: Kyle Hoffman, PhD, Applications Manager

BSI Service Lab offers a complete solution for glycan profiling from sample preparation to in-depth data analysis in PEAKS GlycanFinder. Join Dr. Hoffman to learn more as he shares our optimised method that combines our LC-MS/MS expertise and optimised protocols with our advanced PEAKS GlycanFinder software to identify N- and O-linked glycans along with glycosylation sites in purified proteins or complex samples.

Webinar 2
DeepImmu: AI-Driven MS-based Immunopeptidome Discovery
Presenter: Ailee Aihemaiti, PhD, Application Scientist

Join Dr. Ailee Aihemaiti as she presents our newest service at BSI called DeepImmu. Immunopeptidome profiling is the study of the dynamics and composition of MHC class-I and class-II immune peptides, enabling not only the discovery of targets for personalised cancer immunotherapy, but also contributes to new mRNA/polypeptide vaccines and immune cell therapy. In this talk, we present DeepImmu® Immunopeptidomics Discovery Platform, which offers a comprehensive solution from MHC immunopeptide purification, LC-MS/MS acquisition, DeepNovo® algorithm-based sequencing for peptide identification, DeepSelf immunogenicity prediction, to neoantigen screening and immunogenicity validation. DeepImmu platform is compatible with genomic or transcriptome information from NGS. The unique artificial intelligence immunogenicity prediction algorithm DeepSelf can help the screening of neoantigens more accurately.

Webinar 3
Harnessing Top-Down Proteomic Data for Sequencing Antibody Mixtures
Presenter: Kyle Hoffman, PhD, Applications Manager

Dr. Kyle Hoffman will be first sharing the latest development for protein de novo sequencing at PEGS Boston on May 16th at 12:00pm Lunch Seminar. Our team is delighted to announce the upcoming advancement of our PEAKS AB Service using top-down, intact, and bottom-up mass spectrometry techniques with PolySeq.AI software for de novo sequencing of antibody mixtures. This is a monumental step towards high-throughput sequencing of polyclonal antibodies with Two-Dimensional Liquid Chromatography (2D-LC) protein separation.

Webinar 4
Go To Amino Acid Level Confidence – Next Level Confidence on PEAKS Database Search
Presenter: Qing Zhang, MSc, Software Systems Manager

Join Qing Zhang as he shares insights on enhanced PTM and mutation site analysis by leveraging PEAKS PTM and SPIDER. Analysis of post-translational modification (PTM) and mutations are routine tasks in proteomics research and confidently identifying and quantifying these PTMs or sequence variants is critical. In this webinar, we will demonstrate that PEAKS Database Search is enhanced by our new PEAKS PTM and SPIDER search algorithms. With the help of PTM/SPIDER search, users can easily identify confident PTM/mutation sites based on amino acid level evidence (support ions and/or A-score).
