(BSI) and Bruker Daltoniks GmbH have been collaborating closely in the past recent years which has brought advanced support for Bruker’s timsTOF Pro DDA- and DIA-PASEF in BSI’s PEAKS software. Now it is time to put 4D IMS technology to work with a brand new timsTOF Pro with PASEF technology directly within the BSI laboratory. By taking advantage of the increase scan speed and 4D ion mobility spectrometry the timsTOF Pro offers a host of applications from glycan and host cell protein (HCP) analysis to comprehensive studies of complex proteomes.
This new addition will promote new research and development, improve software functionality, and expand the capabilities of BSI’s service laboratory.
