Peptide Sequencing by Traditional and Novel AI-based Algorithms

With accuracy and sensitivity being key, PEAKS delivers a unique solution by providing state-of-the-art peptide sequencing algorithms and incorporating these with database matching to enhance confidence of identifications as well as to allow the user to dive much deeper into profiling of post-translational modifications and mutations. Additionally, taking advantage of the deep learning to help mitigate missing fragmentations using prediction models, PEAKS is the preferred method for identifying novel peptides and proteins from incomplete databases.
