Shimadzu data mass spectrometer data (.run) can be loaded into PEAKS provided the Kratos Converter is installed on the same computer as PEAKS. In PEAKS, go to Preferences -> Shimadzu. Use the browse button to find the run2xml.exe file.
It is usually found at C: -> Program Files (x86) -> Shimadzu Biotech Launchpad -> Programs -> run2xml.exe.
