The release of PEAKS Studio 8.5 includes significant changes to SILAC quantification analysis. The September 6th webinar will address the following topics:

  1. Improved accuracy and sensitivity by enhanced detection of SILAC feature pairs and association of quality score
  2. Transfer peptide IDs of SILAC pairs between different MS runs by retention time alignment to solve missing value issues
  3. Flexible experimental setting (ratio-focused) and statistical tools to facilitate data analysis, illustrated by certain case studies:
      • Identification of proteins that have significantly differential expressions between labeling channels across replicates (single-group paired t-test)
      • Identification of proteins that have significantly differential expressions between different groups (multi-group ANOVA test, super-SILAC data analysis)
      • SILAC-based PTM profiling analysis
